Wetlands Golden Discovery Safari
What happens when you combine a wetland safari with a visit to a spectacular mountain resort? You end up with a full day adventure that will be relived for years to come! The morning begins with a Wetlands Wildlife Safari, where you’ll be treated to a feast for the senses in the world-famous Columbia River Wetlands. Part of an age-old migration route, your guide will help you to catch sight of several varieties of birds and mammals as you quietly float along the meandering river.
Next stop – Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. Have your cameras ready as you soar over 4,000 vertical feet on the sightseeing gondola. At the summit, soak up the stunning mountain views while dining on your “Sky Lunch” at the Eagles Eye restaurant. Finish your day at the on-mountain grizzly-bear refuge with resident grizzly, Boo.
