Kyle Hale’s professional and personal life revolves around safety. As an active member of the Golden and District Search and Rescue and a self-proclaimed “Rope Geek” Kyle is an expert in rope rescue and any other kind of rescue scenario you could imagine. In the winter Kyle’s focus turns to avalanche rescue with his specially-trained avalanche dogs Foster and Weiser. On top of Kyle’s many other responsibilities, he also manages the Mountain Safety Team at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. When Kyle does get some time to relax he usually spends his time on the river or in the mountains with his partner, Kelly.
